My cousin Samantha is 10 years younger than me, and is the sister I never had. She is such a good cousin/auntie to our kids, and they adore her. She came down for the weekend recently, and we had such a good time. There were games, crafts, cooking, and shopping trips to Tuesday Morning and TJ Maxx, our favorite stores.
She also tends to spoil them kids as well. These are the activities she brought with for the kids. All courtesy of the Dollar Tree, and they were a huge hit with the kids. There were puzzles, dry erase cards, work books, flash cards, water bottles, and caddies to carry it all.
We have been playing with the tic-tac-toe game quite a bit. When my parents came down for Easter, my mom taught Avery how to play War. That has also been in heavy rotation of our nightly games.
Some other favorite games are Sneaky Snacky Squirrel Game,
and Zingo!
Any other good toddler/preschool/kindergarten games we should look at?
Both kids also really like Spot It!
